Job Description

The ER Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing comprehensive care in a fast-paced emergency room environment. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and be able to manage multiple patients efficiently while maintaining a high standard of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the emergency department.
• Assess patient conditions and administer treatments as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in the charting system.
• Respond to emergency situations and provide critical care interventions.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months of combined permanent experience in emergency nursing.
• Active Ohio RN license or compact license at the time of submission.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• One professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for.
