For additional information, visit us at Job DescriptionRole OverviewHunt and originate Greenfield GCC opportunities — converting a client's intent to set up an India capability centre into signed Wipro engagements, across both relationship accounts and white-space accounts.Key Responsibilities:Generate and qualify Greenfield pipeline — clients whose CEO/board is planning a new India GCC.Hunt across two motions: accounts where Wipro has an existing relationship, and net-new white-space accounts with no incumbency.Run the full sales cycle — prospecting, discovery, solution shaping with the Luminary and Solutions & Offerings team, proposal, negotiation, and close.Build CEO/CXO relationships and a referral network in the GCC buyer community.Maintain disciplined forecasting and deal governance.Experience Required:12–18 yrs in solution / services sales with a proven hunter track record, ideally in GCC advisory, consulting or IT/BPM services; experience selling at CEO/CXO level.Core Competencies:New-business huntingCXO sellingConsultative salesPipeline disciplineResilienceNegotiation.KPIs:Greenfield TCV / OB vs. quotaNumber of new GCC set-ups signedQualified pipeline generated and pipeline-coverage ratioNew-logo / white-space winsWin rate and sales-cycle lengthThe expected compensation for this role ranges from $240,000.00 to $375,000.00.Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
