Director of Health and Wellness | Senior Living
$65,000 - $70,000/annually | Full-Time

• Competitive Pay: $65,000 - $70,000/year + Credit for experience
• Schedule: Monday - Friday | On Call Required | Occasional weekends, evenings, as needed

• Oversee all health and wellness services for residents
• Ensure compliance with Assisted Living License regulations
• Supervise nursing and direct care staff, including hiring, training, and evaluations
• Perform resident assessments, care planning, and medication oversight
• Coordinate with physicians, families, and case workers regarding care plans and changes
• Be available for emergencies and staff support via phone/on-call
• Maintain and update resident records, policies, procedures, and training manuals

• Active LVN/LPN or RN license in the State of Texas
• At least 1 year of experience required
• Experience leading a care team required
• CPR certification required
• Must be 21 years of age or older
