Responsibilities: Develop and lead creative concepts, art direction and visual design solutions Translate strategic and medical briefs into compelling, audience-focused creative concepts Develop communication solutions for HCP, DTC, DTP, Medical/Scientific and Market Access audiences Design UX and digital solutions for websites, emails, portals and interactive tools Collaborate closely with Medical Writers, Account Leads, Brand Teams and Production Ensure brand consistency, design excellence, accessibility and MLR/regulatory compliance Coordinate and provide quality oversight for internal and nearshore creative and production teams Develop and maintain design systems, templates and creative standards Leverage AI-assisted design tools to improve creative workflows and efficiency Qualifications: 8-12+ years of experience in a creative, healthcare or pharmaceutical agency or equivalent in-house environment Strong experience in Creative Direction, Art Direction, Visual Design and UX Extensive experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry Experience with HCP, DTC/DTP, Medical/Scientific Content and Market Access Good understanding of MLR and regulatory requirements Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and experience with Figma or Adobe XD Experience with AI-assisted design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney or DALL-E Experience working in agile environments and with nearshore/distributed teams Excellent communication and presentation skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
