Job Purpose

The Creative & Design Solutions Sr. Designer (Creative Producer) leads Studio540’s creative vision and execution across video, motion graphics, photography, and integrated content. This role translates business objectives into compelling creative strategies and productions that uphold Honda’s brand standards, while optimizing schedule, budget, and resources. The Creative & Design Solutions Sr. Designer (Creative Producer) is a hands-on creative and production specialist responsible for developing and executing brand-aligned content for Studio540. This role supports assigned projects from concept through delivery by translating business objectives into clear creative approaches, coordinating production needs, and producing high-quality deliverables across video, motion graphics, and integrated content.

Key Accountabilities

• Creative development & execution: develop concepts, scripts/outlines, and visual direction for assigned projects; produce/edit deliverables that meet brand standards
• Production coordination: support pre-production planning, coordinate shoot logistics and on-set needs, and ensure capture supports post-production requirements
• Post-production leadership (hands-on): edit, color, mix, and finish content (as applicable); integrate graphics/motion elements and ensure quality control
• Stakeholder collaboration: clarify requirements, manage iterations, and communicate status/risks to leads and customers
• Continuous improvement: document learnings, improve templates/workflows, and recommend tools/techniques that increase efficiency

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

Minimum Educational Qualifications

• Minimum job requirements include a bachelor’s degree in business, film, video production, or a related field

Minimum Experience

• 5+ years in creative direction, producing, and editing for corporate/agency environments

Other Job-Specific Skills

• Expert knowledge of production and post‑production workflows; lighting and camerawork fundamentals
• Proficiency with non‑linear editing and motion graphics tools (e.g., Avid Media Composer, Da Vinci, Adobe Creative Cloud)
• Strong project management: resource planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to motivate, coach, and align cross‑functional teams
• Clear communication and collaboration skills; ability to translate feedback into actionable revisions

Working Conditions

• Independent judgment required for assigned work; guidance provided for higher-risk decisions
• Physical: ability to lift up to 50 lbs; stand/walk during shoots; assist with equipment setup/breakdown
• Travel: occasional to production locations or client sites; ability to drive company vehicle
• Schedule: hours may vary including weekends & holidays, as required to support business operations
